Ludhiana (Rajkumar Sathi). CME cum General Body Meeting was conducted at IMA house. This meeting was held to discuss issue of GST. As per notice from GST department, The IMA is liable to pay GST and all the branches including state and national IMA have to pay GST from 2017 onwards. The survey was conducted by DGGI(GST) at IMA offices and the same matter was discussed in detail during the GBM held at IMA house Ludhiana. The inputs were gathered from its members on how to pay this liability. Also CME was conducted by CK Birla Hospital, Gurugram where Dr Vinay S Gaikwad, Dr Vineet Kaul and Dr Mansi Chowhan delivered lectures on recent advances in abdominal Cancers, head and neck cancers and breast reconstructions latest techniques. Dr Manoj K Sobti observer from Punjab medical council announced 2 credit hours to this CME. It was attended by more than 150 doctors. Among those present were Dr Gaurav Sachdeva, Dr Pritpal Singh, Dr Karamvir Goyal, Dr Sunil Katyal, Dr Neeraj Aggarwal, Dr Mohanjeet Kaur, Dr Arun Gupta, Dr Chanbir Singh, Dr P S Jassal, Dr Avinash Jindal, Dr Ashish Ohri, Dr Dheeraj Aggarwal, Dr Kunal Jain, Dr Harish Matta and others.
